I do want to make everybody informed that Sprint PCS (sprintrebates.com) might not spend you the email-in discount that you're anticipating. I would like to clarify...
Again on 8/1/09, I purchased a Samsung Exclaim phone with a $50.00 mail-in rebate from Sprint. I adopted their recommendations towards the notice - completely and correctly finished their email-in certification, connected a duplicate of my unique bill, and shipped it towards the target mentioned about the type.
Fast-forward 14 days, and sprintrebates.com DENIES my refund, stating the initial bill wasn't involved. It had been whether error or flat-out rest on the component, since I'm searching right at-all of the photocopies of what I shipped for them and also the bill is in simple view.
And So I take that perhaps it was an honest error on the component, I contact them, plus they reprocess the refund request. I 'believe' anything is back on the right track...
Fast-forward to 8/31/09- I occur to examine the internet rebate position (simply to make certain anything was still on the right track) and was SURPRISED to determine that AGAIN sprintrebates.com has declined my refund. This time around, they inform me that my mobile phone number was unacceptable. Again, they're flat-out wrong.
Given that they easily can't locate my Run cell # within their program, does that also imply I actually donot need to spend my $223.00 bill this month and that I am no further under agreement together and so I may take my company elsewhere?
At this time, I'm enjoy it is total and complete mess at Run, or, they're understanding and voluntarily making hurdles and obstacles due to their clients so they don't need to pay-as many discounts out. Many people might get disappointed with needing to combat with Run again and again again to get a little $50.00 and Run is betting that individuals may 'quit' and never follow the refund.
Though $50.00 isn't a lot of cash in my experience, the simple theory of the problem compels me to talk about my tale with others. Should you deliver it a refund through sprintrebates.com, make sure to examine the standing regular and proceed to challenge every time they refuse it till they pay you back for the purchase.
While my cellphone agreement is up, I'll be getting my company elsewhere...
