Is anyone there and where is my xbox 360 system?

On July 8 I placed an order online with CRAZED CONCEPTS for repair service to my son's XBOX 360 system. The amount of $47.44 (for repairs and return shipping) was deducted from my bank account via my PAYPAL account that same day. The recipient of that payment was Dawn Plante.

I shipped the XBOX system to the company via USPS Registered/Insured mail on July 13 at an additional cost to me of $21.55. Crazed Concepts reported to me that they received my system on July 24th.

After almost a week (July 30th), I emailed them to see when I could expect my system back. I was notified via email on July 31 that I could expect to have my system shipped back to me that following Tuesday (August 4th).

On August 5th, I sent an email to see if my system had been shipped out. I finally received the following response on August 15th:

I apologize for someone not getting back to you sooner. The system should have been shipped back to you already. I will check on the system this afternoon.

To this date (August 29th), I have had no further response from Crazed Concepts. I have been calling and/or emailing them daily.
When I call their number which is based in Lake Ronkonkoma, NY, all I get is an answering machine. No one has ever returned any of my calls. The address that I was instructed to mail my system to was: Crazed Concepts

This address is 128 miles from Lake Ronkonkoma, NY!

The site put up a notice on their CONTACT US page that they were going through a management change and to please be patient when waiting for a response. This notice has been up for a month! I think I have been patient enough. They cannot find the time to reply to their customers but they can make changes to their website graphics?!?

On August 25th, I filed a complaint with the BBB. And today, I am filing a report with consumer complaintsS. I don't know if I will ever get my system back but, hopefully, I can prevent anyone else from doing business with them or going through the same problems I have been.
