Ryan Harris Did it again

Ordered $997.00 worth of equipment for my son on my Visa. Buy loud tried to substitute equipment. Cancelled the order. Received 1 speaker worth $80.00. Harris promised refund last may and about 3 more times after that. Never got it!!!
