I purchased a LG XENON phone 2 months ago. This is a slider tyoe phone with keyboard. When you slide the phone open the keyboard is open and ready to use. It stopped doing this so I called AT&T and asked how I could have it raplaced.
They took the information and then told me to look for a small dot on the back of the phone. I looked everywhere they told me which was about hal;f a dozen different places. I spent over an hour trying to convince them that I could not see this dot they were talking about. I asked why iot was so implrtant and they said because they had to determine if I dropped it in water. After over an hour I finally found this dot they were refrring to but it was no where near where they said.
Fast forward, I get a replacement phone 6 weeks ago and as soon as I determined the replacement was good I put the old in the return envelope per instructions and took it to my local post office, all within about 20 minutes.
A week after I get a phone call that they have not received the old phone back. I figured okay this happens. Bit I now get 46 ccalls a week telling me that I never returned the phone when I have. Leave me alone at&t
