When i had problems with a forgotten bios password i got in touch with fujitsu siemens who to my delight said they could help, i had to provide proof of purchase which was done then off it went to the post office, the only charge was the postage costs, great i thought untill it came back, the lap top hadn't even been put back together properly and there was a letter saying there was a fault with the dvd drive, there wasn't one when i sent it off and they wanted 300 squid to repair it, this is the kind of service i would expect off some dodgy back street store not a reputable company.
