I requested a mobile phone in May and delivered in within 3 times - abandoned. It required until September to obtain my reimbursement, this with numerous telephone calls and emails. These were polite but unresponsive. They thanked me for my persistence, but 3 mos to procedure a credit was outrageous. It'dnot have occurred had I not been so insistent.
