On April 14, I requested two iPod interfaces from Neo Car Audio. I requested a PODVOLSCV2 for my Volvo, and that I requested a PODCHR310-iAUX for my 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Two distinct purchases.
The Volvo software arrived in excellent form, using the new iPod wire that works together with my iPhone, as their site stated. Additionally, it works great.
However, the software for my Truck included aged item, including an account for someone else, Robert Gonzales. The software also had the AGED iPod wire, that'll not cost my iPhone 3G. Their site stated
That item delivered might include the brand new wire, that will be what I needed.
I named Neo Car Audio, described what had occurred. They stated that somebody had inadvertently mailed me a fixed device, plus they offered mean RMA# to come back it. I delivered the unit using the RMA# on the exterior of the box, and on the linen inside of the box. I never heard again from Neo Car Audio.
After I next approached Neo Car Audio, they stated they never got my RMA. I delivered it covered, using the
US Postoffice. The usa Postoffice suggests that it had been sent to Neo Car Audio on April 20. I delivered a check of the notice in the people Postoffice displaying this to Neo Car Audio. To date, Neo Car Audio hasn't bothered to react.
I recommend avoiding the corporation.
