Buys product, but transaction dosen't go through days later. Steals it and says never received

Is a buyer. Emails you to ship the product ASAP and shows the official receipt. The transaction then dosen't go through and steals merchandise. Says the transaction did go through, and that never he/she/they received anything. I used a search engine after I got scammed and discovered that he/she/they did the same thing to another seller. Don't be next.
