This is an issue that happened in VA. Being that it is a Commonwealth state, I don't know what to do. I rented a washer and dryer first from RAC. And then when i moved into my new house i had cable so i rented an LG 26 in. Flat Panel TV. I stayed at the house for like 2 months, then decided to move to NC. It was like abt 15 miles away, but still over the VA line. Well anyways, in the process of me moving, I called them several times to come pick up their merchandise, but to no avail. Anywho, while I was in NC, at my new place; someone broke in and stole the TV!!! Now RAC is making me pay 100.00 a month for the next 7 months!!! What can I do? And to make matters worse, the Henry County Sheriff's Dept. Has my name and info wrong on the police report!!!
