Our mother visited conns and re open up her spouse consideration and so I could easily get a stackable w/d. Okay the people sent the w/n but did not attempt to make an effort to set it-up (I had been not there, my cousin was there). I named plus they brung it back (had and perspective the shipping person) and that I was goin to obtain the mantanice man to place it in. I got fed up with waiting about the maintance person, and so I told them that I needed to return the t/d. This occurred inside a week, I had been cost a restocking charge 15%, 2 deliveries, along with a weight of crap. I was informed that because the container was available that it'd to become rebox and restock ok it'd have now been ok easily did start the container but used to donot and that I was tryin to inform the supervisor the container had been available when it had been shipped. The return policy claims when the item is in its unique container that u wouldn't be cost a re stocking charge. Comming to discover that before they place the merchandise about the vehicle they start it-up, so it's available before it's delivered. I finished up investing 500.00 for something which lay in my own family room for aboout significantly less than per week and was still within the container. I actually named the bbb plus they could not help and also the warehouse. Oh and also the supervisor was rude and did not wish to assist, becasue your decision was as much as him, also the asst. Supervisor was attempting to assist me out butit was as much as the manager. So be cautious with conns!
