I bought a-3 item family room collection from conns last nov. They've fixed the love-seat once and also the sofa twice. They're suppose to provide me a brand new sofa. Which was over a month ago. I actually named ashleys plus they stated that conns did not require their approvalyet after I contact conns they inform me I actually do and my support phone is within the program. I've been coping with the sofa problem since september. They'd acquired my sofa for fix and dropped it for around per month. I've visited corporate head quaters, contact the support point more occasions that I will depend, fulfilled using the quality group. What do I actually do next?
