I bought the extended warrantee from Brookstone to get a $300 Romba. They stated if something goes wrong, it'll be set at free. Which was a rest.

I simply submitted my Romba for fix towards the organization, they delivered it back stating it'd a poor battery, that I'd need to buy a fresh one, and offered me the net-website address.

Exactly What A rip off

The warrantee does not exclude something

Inform everybody you realize not to purchase something from Brookstone again. They truly are liers!
