I purchased a Blackberry from www.globalwebdeals.com as I am a wholesaler and I wanted to test a new product supplier.
The price was right, but wanted to test the service before I committed to a larger order. So I purchased a single Blackberry.
After completing the payment service (Bank of America's business invoice wire-service), I waited a week and no reply.
Finally, after numerous emails I received word that my item would ship promptly.
Than more time goes by, and I email again after another week (3 weeks at this point), I am told that the item will ship that week — and guess what, it doesn't.
I demand a refund, and am told that a supplier filed for bankruptcy. How unprofessional is it to sell merchandise you don't have in stock, or even have a reputable drop shipper.
I again demand a refund, and after another week get some sort of confirmation number with no explanation (4 weeks at this point).
I contact BOA and am told that I am receiving a check via some sort of monthly "Billpay" service that should send at the end of the next month. So now I have been out of my money with nothing to show for it for about a month and half.
I am so disappointed, and have a gut feeling that this sort of behavior stinks of future scam. Perhaps all intentions are good, but I'd take my business elsewhere as it seems this company does not know how to run its business.
Good luck!
