Mr. Yun Bing Lu of Bestelect has stolen US$590 from my company. He promised to supply the following mobile phones:
1 LG Incite US$89
1 N95 Dual sim US$95
1 LG Lotus US$69
2 Blackberry Bold US$298
1 Toshiba External hard drive US$39
His company insisted that because of the small order they only accept Western Union or Moneygram
We sent the funds via Moneygram reference #51955515 to Yun Bing Lu
He stopped communicating with us on receipt of the US$590.
After treatening him with law enforcement he sent us a tracking number for our mobile phones.
This is what we received in that shipment:
One small box with a belt, a watch, and an imitation ipod costing US$3.00 for customs value.
