Electrical Oven Fire - Poor Customer Service

We'd an electric stove fireplace on March 18 and had Electrolux deliver an insurer to the house on April 20. They determined that people were to become released a look for the quantity of our stove. They've been declaring the check is within the email going back 3 months. I've sent statements and paperwork. My loved ones and that I have now been with no oven for 77 times. This really is undesirable and that I feel just like Electrolux certainly does not care. We've not noticed something in the individual managing our document # and that I have remaining voicemail on her without any calls back. The insurance insurer statements that there has been holidays etc... And that's why we'venot obtained our check. We have overlooked trip meals, birthday dinners and everyday foods as a result of this amazing trouble. I can not start to understand what more this issue has costs us. We're all-out of persistence. This is actually the degree of their customer support... Horrible!
