Deceptive advertising and extremely poor customer service Brooklyn

If you are considering doing business with OnTimeDigital.com or Ontime Digital, Inc., I would strongly recommend that you take your business elsewhere.

My experience with this company was both extremely disappointing and unsatisfactory. The product I ordered was advertised online as being in stock with a delivery time of 3 to 5 days.

When I used OnTimeDigital's online order tracking service, it continued to return a "NEW ORDER" result for the first three days. On the fourth day, the returned result was "BACK ORDER."

In the course of placing my order, attempting to track my order or speak with a customer service representative, I was put on hold several times, twice disconnected, and finally had to terminate the call myself because it was taking too long for a real person to answer my call.

IF YOU HAVE ALREADY PLACED AN ORDER, I would suggest you cancel it and look elsewhere for the product you want - and do your business with what you already know to be a reputable company. If you are looking for a digital camera product, I would recommend Adorama.com or a similar large company.

Save yourself a lot of grief and aggravation: Stay away from OnTimeDigitial.com!
