I approached them regarding my purchase not being prepared or delivered on 01/20/09 and obtained an answer on 01/21/09 declaring the telephone was on back-order but might deliver out "no later compared to end-of the following week." I waited, however no telephone. Sent again on 01/31/09 when purchase not prepared, again reaction was it wil ship out no later compared to end-of in a few days. I waited, no telephone. Sent 02/18/09 with no reply. I have named the telephone number to make contact with and get a saving to get hold of them on line, they're not taking telephone calls. I've required my money-back because it seems I am not likely to get the telephone I requested and taken care of in January, paid $270.80. They're presently not answering emails or getting telephone calls.
I've attempted to become individual and prepared to use these folks plus they don't wish to deliver my telephone purchase or return the $270.80 they debited from my consideration exactly the same evening the purchase was positioned. The corporation is just a scam and also the people operating it are theives. Don't purchase anything from the corporation until you would like to give them the cash...
