I contacted this company though Alibaba.com on March 14 inquiring about a brand new Sony Ericcson Xperia X1 unlocked phone. I soon got a response from a Mr. Chingy telling me that you had to buy 3 units to order. I responded and told him that I would pass and find another company to order from since I only wanted 2 phones at the time. He responded and said he would sale me 2 units for $300. We discussed several times that I was ordering 2 units for $300. He gave me the Western Union information and I sent him the $300 on April 2.
On April 4 he responded and said that his CEO would not allow him to ship the 2 phones that I had to send an extra $450 and they would ship the 2 phones plus the 3 I was paying extra for and they would throw in 2 free phones. I quickly wrote him and said that was not the deal I want 2 phones for the $300 I paid for. They said they could not do that and that I had to send the $450.
I told them I was not sending them another dime. So they will not send me my phones or my $300 back to me. I told them I was going to report them and they said go ahead. I reminded them that they were in the wrong. We had an agreement and the breached it. So it's their responsibilty to return my money. The will not do it. I have all the emaiils that state our agreement. I have a copy of the Western Union.
