We bought a PSP on Wal-mart to my 6 year old boy, the cashier offered us a plan that according to her, would cover Accidental Damages she gave us a few word examples of what accidental damages would be: drop, water damage, parts etc. Since this person is representing wal-mart, I thought she knew what she was saying, so I bought a plan for $17.88 (not much really)
Since it was black Friday and I had at least 50 people in the line behind me waiting to pay, I did not read the 6 fine print pages where it basically states that the Plan does not cover anything but only the battery and if your PSP dies out for no reason.
Today my son accidentally drop a glass of juice on it, and obviously my claim was denied, and it wasn't until today that I found this page, (a little late uh?)
My whole point is; can't any one help stopping this company AIGWG to stop makin millions and return nothing to consumers? What is the point of this site? Can any one help. I don't really care about my $17.88 any more and much less my PSP, it's gone, but these guys are making millions for doing nothing, and companies like Wal-mart and Toys R Us are selling this plans risking of a huge liability.
