I ordered 2 cellphone cases for my LG shine from their website and it turned out they didn't fit my phone. So i followed the direction on the website and sent them back. I emailed them more than 10 times regarding the issue but they either didn't reply or reply after 2 to 3 weeks. On the last email I received from them after filing an angry feedback on their website they told me it's been over 30 days. I replied with all the email conversation I have had with them and they finally asked me to send them back. I was like, please read my emails, I have sent the items back and provided you with tracking number. I sent multiple emails after that but they never replied. The website has no physical address and no 1800 number to call, only an email address. It's partly my fault to order stuff from them in the first place and it taught me a lesson. The issue never got resolved FYI. Do not order from this stupid website!!!
