Jan I was billed $9.99 for SMS download that I did not authorize. I contacted CENTENNIAL and they credited my account as a show of good faith, and advised me to text number 41463 STOP, I did this.in FEB I was charged again. I am having problems getting CETENNIAL to credit my account this month. They advised me to text number 41463 STOP REFUND $9.99 and to call 888-351-6703.
When you call this number it goes to voice mail or tells you to log in to cancelalerts.com. I cannot get in touch with anyone. Called Centennial back and they gave me another number 800-235-7105 to cancel which is a universal number, waiting for someone to call me back. How can they get away with this and your cell phone company not dispute this for you, or help you. They leave you out there to clear something up that you did not authorize to do on your own, they should be helping you dispute this!!!
