Positioned an order online December 15th for Sony Handycam alternative cord, via Paypal for this organization. Never received a verification via mail, then when the merchandise did not appear I thought the purchase failed. Once the costs turned up on my Jan. Charge card record I attempted to make contact with them. The didn't react to some of my emails. I declined the costs via Paypalis criticism program, but I never noticed in the possibly. And so I approached my charge card organization to challenge the costs.
