Poor service, late showing up

This type of person total fools! First, they provide you with a screen of arrival-time of 4 hours... Then at two moments prior to the 4 time tag they call to express they're "operating behind" and you will be another two hours. The client support representatives are rude and incredibly unhelpful. I'd not suggest the corporation for almost any type of equipment repair whatsoever...
