Inc unable to get warranty work despite "platinum protection sercice plan"

Purchased a 5 year extended warranty the Platinum Plan for my nemw Sony tv in 2007. Tried to file a warranty claim report and all phone numbers and fax numbers are non working numbers and e-mail could not be delivered. What a
RIPOFF!!!
