Quite simply the worst experience I've had with any online seller. A month after my order was placed and my card debited, the Status line still says "To Ship." E-mails to the company have drawn clueless responses like "your order has shipped, " when of course it hadn't. Did they have the item in stock? —no answer. Their answer to my statement that I'd have to report them to BBB was "There's no need for threats."
Overall, utterly dreadful. Ratings for this company are deservedly very low. I suggest that anyone with a beef with this outfit contact BBB and their credit card company, who may be able to assist.
