Nicely after I dropped my telephone I documented it taken to verizon. Asurion delivered me a fresh phone-in one times period that was excellent, although not so great after I triggered it also it did not work. The telephone did not take calls or txt communications of course if i did recive any these were postponed by two to three hours. Not just did they mess me by this small event that lasted about 3 times, nevertheless when i ultimately discovered my previous telephone I needed to place my support back onto it. Who'd of recognized that Asurion would truly create my entire life a living nightmare. They explained they mightnot consider the telephone off the stolen checklist intill the brand new one was delivered back. It was good I believed simply deliver it back no huge package, and so I did and when I did so I understood I really couldnot trigger my previous one for a later date which created living heck much more trigger I'd importent calls to create. I turned! Asurion is just a terriable organization with horrible coustomer support absoultly shit! I actually attempted to express hello could you simply cost my charge card for that telephone an simply take the charge-off whenever you receive it, but no would not which make sense and never mess there coustomers from being withut a telephone throughout a very importent workday. I believe Asurion must consider how they are able to assist there coustomers trigger if im a 18 yrs old with suggestions which make sense for there organization to complete, then i dont understand whats truly up with Asurion besides there right shit and cannot allow you to using the smallest issue.
