I live in a rural area and was stupid enough to try the free trial for the MagicJack. It would let me make calls but the people I was calling could not hear me. When I contacted MagicJack they said some people needed a hub, so I bought one. It didn't change a thing. Then I decided to buy a new, more powerful computer. It still didn't work, so I decided to return it for a refund just to find out that the shipping transit time was included in the free trial and my time was up and my credit card had already been charged. So, I chalked this loss up to a "lesson learned"... If it sounds to good to be true, IT IS. Please don't make the mistake I did and waste your hard-earned money.
