Anyways, I just received a phone call from the company doggdigital and spoke to their scheister salesman. I had called them earlier to request more info about their speakers. After the following conversation, I now realize that the company is just as shady as their mules and distributors around the country.
I had the following conversation with this shyster:
Me: "Where can I go in the chicago area to listen to speakers made by your company?"
Shyster: Some babble about how his company sets up a booth in Vegas every year "with everyone who's anyone in the industry".
Me: "That's nice, but where can I go in the chicago area to listen to speakers made by your company?"
Shyster: "They're distributed out of the factory for half price [supposedly cheaper than their scheisters on the street] but you can buy them in your area if you prefer".
Me: "That's nice, but where can I go in the Chicago area to listen to speakers made by your company?"
Shyster: We ship containers of speakers to your area all the time.
Me: "That's nice, but where can I go in the Chicago area to listen to speakers made by your company?"
Shyster: Well I don't have a list of the distributers in your area.
Me: So you ship thousands of dollars of equipment to the chicago area but you can't give me the name of one distributer... Thank you for your time.
Shyster: What? Hello?
