Continue to charge $20.00 per month Brandon

I sent an email to cancel the $20.00 monthly charge. I told them I have not used Talkfusion and wish to have the $20.00 monthly charge discontinued. I received no email confirmation and $20.00 was charged to my checking account this month. I also told them to cancel the service.
