We had our payments for service deducted from our bank checking account. We discontinued service on or about Jan. 7th. They came and picked up their box, but not the antenna [it's still on our roof]. After numerous calls to them to stop deducting their payments, they were still deducting them. After another long session of calls, we were reimbursed for three payments of $50.99, but they refuse to return the other payments due us. This consists of #325.21.
