Got a pay day loan for 300.00 and my payments were going to be 90.00 every two weeks until the loan was paid-when i went i put 90.00 into my checking account i had another payment that was be deducted on the same day which i forgot about that only left me with 60.00-when contacted MTE Financial and told them to take the 60.00 and i will pay the balance on the next payment-they said i couldn't. Customer service rep said just to make the next payment-by that following monday-i recived a bank statement with overdraft because they did take out the money. I called them back and told them not to take out the money because i will not have it until a certain date. They went into my account numerous of times deducting what they wish-i never knew, and left me with a balance of 450.00 which i can not afford to pay back to my bank. They closed it since then-but i told my bank to stop these poeple from taking money out-but thet said they can't-i dont know why i should be reliable for it when it told mte and my bank to stop payment. I think i need a lawyers assistance.
