White van scam surround sound outputs didn't work. Supposed to be immaculate

I was hoaxed into buying a generic brand home theatre system. The name of it is DiVinci. I'm not sure if anyone even knows about them, but the surround sound outputs do not work and its not all its out to be. I just want everyone to know that it is a scam.
