I requested an upgraded remote for my 02 Mazda Millenia on Dec 20. They constantly state it's an issue using the USPS being sluggish. I attempted to contact them-and simply got a voicemail. I've today required a complete reimbursement as my card was billed exactly the same evening as my purchase was positioned.
