I ordered a digital camera and some assecories from DigitalDog. I received the camera and the case, I received authorization to return the camera and the 64MB memory stick and the quick charger were back ordered.
When I returned the case I requested that they refund my money for the 2 items backordered and the refund for the case. This totalled $305.00.
I finally called them and they told me to have the credit card company do a chargeback. I notified Wells Fargo and reported what they had told me to do and when I didn't receive any response from the bank I called them.
They were unable to reach The Digital Dog, # was disconnected and there was nothing they could do unless I filed a report of unauthorized charges, which would be a lie because I did authorize them to purchase the items. What can I do now? I've been ripped off.
