My daughter purchased a 16gb ipod nano as a Christmas gift for me. I have tried unsuccesfully to make it work since Dec 25. It is now Jan 6 and I only have three days left to return it. The closest store is over 200 miles from me.
Apple products are the most difficult to work on the market unless you have a lot of time on your hands to learn them. I have tried to get support on line with no success because their website requires knowledge of apple to negotiate it.
I seem to have no recourse. Apple wants to charge me for lessons. I can read. Why do they not include an owners manual? This thing is expensive.
I want everyone to know that Apple does not care whether you learn to use it or not. That is why they only give you two weeks to return it. Shame on the State of California for letting them operate this company in their state.
I have been in the sound reinforcement business for over thirty years and have an extensive background in electronics. I have never encountered any company with this low level of support.
