Cendyne ripoff no 30.00 rebate keep lying saying it in the mail ripped off and scammed

Ought a cdr at staples i was supposed to recieve a 30.00 rebate i have been trying to get it since nov. I call and they always say youre at the top of the list to recieve it i also email they say it is being processed ha ha ha big fat liars
