Magic Jack offers a free trial. They literally state that you will not be charged until your free trial is up. I was charged immediately. They repeatedly told me that I was not charged even though I had a bank statement that said otherwise. Their online support requires you to download something, like I really want to download from a company that I immediately found to be fraudulent. Anyway it was completely useless. Their email support is only an automated response no matter what I tried to email them it always came back like this

After I reported this company to everyone I could think of, they finally returned the money to my account.
So... As soon as I got the thing I went straight to the post office and refused the package. There was already tracking on it. I followed the tracking number online to make sure It was recieved by them. Glad that was over... Not quite.
They charged me AGAIN when the "free" trial was up. Even though they had the thing back. WHen I contacted them again, they blamed me for not following the return instructions inside the box... I never OPENED the box. It took a lot of work but I finally got my money back.
Recently, I got a letter from the FLorida Attorney General's office stating they were investigating the fraudulent claims by this company. I was out of town for a while and did not get it in time to respond, but I hope others did.
