I ordered wireless headphones on October 17th and paid $93 through PayPal. Have never received the product, although the company website states that they ship the next business day.
The company states that delivery to Rocky Mountain addresses is made in 3 to 4 business days. That means I should have received the item on October 23rd or 24th.
I prefer receiving the headphones, but if not I want a refund of the entire $93 (including shipping and handling, since there was NO shipping or handling).
