AT&T OWES ME $294, which I have not received, and which is now many months late. This was due to errors in billing in August- Dec.
Because AT&T messed up my billing several times, and disconnected service without being able to tell me why because their computers were down, I cancelled service because of poor quality and lack of service.
AT&T claims I signed a year contract by touching the paper in the box a gift phone to me contained. For this reason, an additional $175 charge was added to my insulting experience in Q4.
Now AT&T is threatening to send me to collections because I am not paying them $512.76, despite the fact they owe me money.
I have sent letters to the CEO who did nothing. Paperless contract', huh? Sounds like a loophole built by big business to extort money from people who care about their credit report! Can you say CLASS ACTION NEEDED?
