Purchased a new Samsung 52" DLP HDTV from Bernie's in Warwick RI. The TV was great for the first three days and then the remote stopped working. Called Samsung and got someone out who said it was an issue internal to the TV. Called Bernie's and they said to bring the TV back for an exchange as it was too new to need that type of service. We brought it back and had it exchanged — no questions and no hassle.
