Same story as the other reports here. I wish I would have read these first!
I ordered a Cannon SX110 and a carry case. I received an e-mail saying I needed to call to confirm, but I did not have time. They called me later that day and told me that there was no memory card with the camera and that I needed to order a 1GB "special" SD card for $69.99
I was not at my computer, but I questioned the fact that it didn't come with any. I also questioned their price and kept telling them I just wanted what I ordered. They persisted and starting getting rude and arrogant. They downright lied about what kind of card the camera took. I cancelled the order while on the phone because they made me so angry and they quickly sent me a cancellation e-mail (within 10 minutes).
As I read, this is a similar problem that others had. I don't think I would have ever received the camera. The big problem is that I am now concerned that this company has my credit card information. Is there anything else I can do as now I am worried about ID theft!
Any help anyone can give me would be greatly appreciated!
