T, AT&T withdrew funds from my checking account without authorization

I have only been a customer with at&t for three months and i called to cancel them last week because of all their lies and unfair billing practices - i even reported them to the FCC to no avail. I received a call from at&t's executive office from a guy who was very rude and basically called me a liar and said he knew i filed a report with the fcc but i was in no way getting reimbursed for the money they overcharged me (corporate assholes).

Anyway last weekend we called to make a payment on our account and we got the usual recording (you never get to talk to a live person to pay over the phone) and everythig seemed alright, we gave them the checking acct.info. And everything and right before it gave us a confirmation # it said it could not process the payment & to call back during business hours & try again-which we did that monday. So that wednesday i get a statement from my bank saying my acct. Is OVERDRAWN $74.00!!! Those bxxxxxds took out BOTH payments!!! So i called them and i have been getting the runaround from them because they don't want to give the money back. So now my bank account is overdrawn $109.00 with all of the bank fees - ALL FOR A $39.50 PAYMENT!!!

Oh - get this the lady at att said that their automated system always says that the payment did not go through on the weekend - even though it always does!!! Sounds like a good way to scam people right??? Att should be in jail with the rest of the theives!!!
