I was just reading Jeff Weller's complaint and John Henry's answer to Jeff's complaint.
I had a similar problem. I bought 8008a and customer service assured me they would work with Windows Vista. They do not record the conversations and, of course, there is no proof of this. Now I am stuck with this merchandise since my customer's computer runs Windows Vista.
I found John Henry's answer pathetic and it just shows you what kind of company AsianWolf is. He claims that everything is "well documented" by his staff. What kind of documentation is he talking about? Is he talking about the testimony of the cashier, who has no knowledge... Or simply does not care? What kind of documentation is this?
His comparison with Home Depot is also pathetic. At least Home Depot will stand by its customers and return the money if the customer is not totally satisfied... No questions asked! That's why I will continue to shop at Home Depot but will never consider buying anything from AsianWolf again. I am in the Security Business and I spend thousands of dollars every year in CCTV equipment. I will take my business elsewhere.
