In May I got a Boost Mobile phone, right off the back, Vesta Corp, the billing company, charged my debit card TWICE! It took 7 weeks to get my money back and cost me well over $200 in returned check fees due to the missing money.
I went through hell to get a refund, and they refunded the lower of the two payments! In august I canceled my boost service because of continuing problems with Vesta Corp.
After canceling the account, Vesta billed my again another $75, for my $50 plan. Because of no funds in the account, it was returned.
They still say I owe them money, and are still debiting my account, threating to sue me, and having a collections company harass me! This is a fraud company that wants to charge you for their mess ups!
