Phone described as a multi-line phone but is a single-line phone with four handsets

I purchased a phone on EBay from this company. It was listed and detailed as a multi-line phone with four handsets. Even the checkout page was consistent. But when the receipt came up it showed a single line phone with multiple handsets.
