I sent my PSP game system to videogamefixer to have a new analog stick put in. It was received by them on July 9th. I have received no calls or e-mails from them as to when the repair will be done. I have called (always a voicemail) and e-mailed many many times. To date I have heard nothing from this company. They have my game and I have no way of knowing if it will be reapired and returned to me. I understand backlogs but they don't even respond.
