Once they have your cash... You mean nothing READ THIS E-MAIL FROM circuit city and see my complaint below: One the phone one guy accused me of being a crook for wanting to return them... Adding insult to injury. Here is the e-mail proof they are a rip-off.

I purchase JVC super Bass headphones HA V560 L atthis store
about two months ago. THOUSAND OAKS MAP Store # 3303 600 WEST HILLCREST DR THOUSAND OAKS, CA 91360 (805) 498-1864 Recently the ear piece made a loud pop which hurt my ear. Then it stopped working. I took them back to your store immediatley. First they would not exchange them because I did not have the original receipt then they check the computer.
They would not exchange them because they stopped carrying them. Whatever happened to "customer service is state of the art". I spoke with Larry and others at the store... They were not very helpful. Anyway, my ear hurts and I am really very angry. I could buy at less expensives stores the only reason I shop at Circuit City is for customer service... Which appears just to be another lie wrapped up in a catchy jingle. Whoever is reading this do you have any morals? The reputation of circuit city is at stake here. Replace or refund my headphones. Thank
