Sent phone into them to get replaced under warranty, they gave me a case number and after about three weeks nothing, I called them, said the number was the wrong case number and gave me a new one, now they can't find my phone, I asked to return it, they can't find it, ask to speak to a supervisor and there isn't any, they are ripping me off, just like everyone else, RCA is a big RIP OFF bellow is copy of email they sent, all BS
