In touch wireless has taken advantage of its employees and hurassed it's customers for long eneugh, this company underpays all of it's employees they will work a 50 hour week and will still manage to get payed for a 40 hour week. This company has also conned customers into paying an ourtageous amount for canceling.
They require a imprint of your credit card to purchase a phone the imprint is written in to the amount of 350.00 and is said to not be charged unless the customer canceles before 181 days. This is not normally explained very well and is also not somthing i would want to do in the event i purchase a phone.
This company hires people between the ages of 18 to 25 to sell their phones and work for their dirt cheep wages. The customer service is non existant.
If you have a problem with your phone you may as well buy a new one, in touch would not help you with your problem. I would never do business with this company and would advise no one to either...
In follow up i would also not advise anyone to work for this company due to the treatment of employees.
