Received 2 PS3 stations and NONE WORKED!

I bought a ps3 about 3 months ago and it worked for about 2 mos. I was able to exchange it for another one and it will play music cd's and movies, but it has something against playing games. I am asking for a brand new system which I believe is fair for all my troubles. No word back yet.
